Oilfield Testing and Consulting was founded by Greg Garrison, PH.D and Marlen Garrison in 2011.  They saw an industry need for a true independent cement testing lab and filled the void in the market.  In 2014, they decided expand into independent drilling fluid testing. 

In all, OTC is an independent laboratory specializing in testing of downhole cement and drilling fluids. Our technicians are highly qualified and skilled in following standardized test procedures from API and ISO recommended practices and specifications.
